Location: Lovering Place 255 DW Highway, Meredith.
Pure Strength: Strength training at its best! Weights, bands, balls. We will use whatever tools will help build our strength.
Fit Fun Friday: A variety of strength training with low intensity cardio mixed in. Depending on the group it may include TRX, stability balls, weights, bands…..
Bootcamp: A group favorite! The interval class will be choreographed with stations. Your strength and cardiovascular abilities will be challenged while making sure to stay within your abilities, as options are always offered.
Cardio Strength: Different from bootcamp as there are no stations. Heart rate will be affected by the compound moves we do and the nonstop attitude of the class.
TRX: Strength training using the popular TRX suspension system.
Cardio TRX: Same as above, with added elements to increase your heart rate.
Flexibility, Core, and Balance: Focus is given to what our bodies need the most and are often forgotten about. Progressive options are given throughout the class.
A Little Bit of Everything: A straightforward class that is divided into segments. Basic cardio may include "kickboxing" or "step."
Spin: Low-impact, high-intensity guided ride that focuses on intervals, strength, and heart rate training. Our bikes have a monitor that displays cadence and intensity to help maintain goals. Unless listed differently, expect 50 minutes of work plus warm-up/cool-down.
Kids Class: A seasonal program for 10-13-year-olds. Basic strength training and challenging cardio!
